All fees for services will be outlined in the contract and must be paid according to the terms specified therein. A deposit may be required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in the contract. We reserve the right to charge late fees for unpaid invoices, as outlined in the agreement.
Services will be provided in accordance with the scope and timeline agreed upon in the contract. Any changes to the scope of work or timeline must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. HomeRiz, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain issues, or access restrictions to the property.
By using our Site, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, submit false or misleading information, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its services.
All content on the Site, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the intellectual property of HomeRiz, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without our explicit written permission.
HomeRiz, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability in any matter related to the services shall be limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
